PREVIEW

The Band of the Prince of Wales's Division (Clive) was formed in September 1994.  The suffix (Clive) is taken from the name, Lord Robert Clive of India, a famous local hero who was born in 1725 and resided in the neaby town of Market Drayton, Shropshire close to where the band are based.

In 1998 the band was granted the Freedom of the Town and made history as the first Military Band ever to receive such an honour.
